Tecnoinox Refurbished Lava Stone Gas Char Grill (top version) GR35G7 is a compact, high-quality cooking appliance designed for professional kitchens. Measuring 35 cm, it features a robust construction with stainless steel control panels on the sides and back and a modular coupling system for easy installation.
The cooking grid, made from AISI 304 stainless steel, has a V-shaped profile that is adjustable to two levels. The unit complies with EU Regulation 1935/2004, ensuring food safety in all materials used.
This Lava Stone Char Grill includes two-branch tubular burners, piezoelectric ignition, and a pilot burner with a safety thermocouple for enhanced reliability and safety. A valved gas cock controls the gas flow, and a removable lava-stone basket adds to its versatility. The unit also includes a three-sided removable splashback and a drawer for collecting grease, liquids, and lava stone debris, simplifying cleaning.
Height-adjustable rubber feet (15-25 mm) ensure stability. With CE certification from the German body DVGW, the grill meets stringent safety standards.
