This refurbished Imperial Dual Control Salamander Grill is all tested and qualified to be commissioned for any commercial kitchen.
Equipped with 40,000 BTU infrared burners with a protective screen for splatter protection, this unit can provide instantaneous heat and even coverage to high volumes of food, making it perfect for a busy, high-demand kitchen environment. It has individual, adjustable gas valves to aid control, as well as a continuous pilot for instant ignition. The spring-balanced broiler grid provides easy maneuvering – it raises and lowers, with 4 locking-in positions, and rolls out 10″ for quick and easy loading and unloading. When service has finished, the unit is easily cleaned, due to the stainless steel exterior and removable broiler grid.
